Accessibility Statement
MS in Germany aims to make its website and digital services accessible to everyone, including people using assistive technologies.
Compliance target
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public content, account flows, contact forms, consultation flows, and service enquiry flows. This statement also supports our obligations for EU users under the European Accessibility Act and Germany's BFSG.
Current status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We are actively improving keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form announcements, target sizes, reduced-motion behavior, and screen-reader labels across the service.
Known limitations
- Some older guide pages may still contain legacy visual patterns while the crayon design migration is in progress.
- Some embedded third-party forms or media may not expose the same accessibility controls as native site components.
- Some archived content may need additional heading or landmark cleanup.
Feedback and support
If you find an accessibility barrier, email [email protected] or use the contact form. Please include the page URL, the issue you found, your browser, and any assistive technology you use.
