You send the student, and then you chase
You send a good student to a partner, and after that you have to guess. You message to ask if the documents went in. You wait to hear if the student paid. You find out what you earned when you are paid, if you are paid.
So we built a portal that answers those questions before you have to ask them.
How a referral works
Refer a student.
Their name and email, plus the course and intake if you know them. It takes about a minute.
Our counsellors work with your student.
They guide them from the university shortlist to the final applications, inside our student portal.
You see every step, and you get paid.
Each referral shows its status in your portal. When your student pays for an MS in Germany counselling package, your commission appears and moves from pending to paid.
One page for every student you send
Students
Every referral with its course, intake and status: pending review, processing, accepted, enrolled.
Earnings
Each commission marked pending, earned or paid, with your totals at the top.
Team
Invite your counsellors. They can refer students and see their status, and only you see the money.
Brand colour
Set your agency's colour and the portal uses it for your whole team, on a phone as well as a laptop.

I used to send three WhatsApp messages a week for each student just to ask where they were. Now I open one page and I can see all of them.

The commission column is what convinced me. I can see what is pending and what is paid without calling anyone.

My two counsellors refer students on their own now. I check the earnings page on Monday mornings and that's it.
