What you need to apply for Business Intelligence and Process Management at Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin)
You need to present a standardised test to prove that your English is on a high B2 level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of References) or above. The required minimum score of the accepted English certificates are listed below. We accept certificates of up to five years old. Please, hand in a certified copy (no scan, coloured copy or pdf, but paper with original stamp) of your language certificate or show the original.
If you have studied in the higher education system a minimum of two semesters entirely in English, this can be accepted as equivalent (please provide proof with your application). You do not need to provide further English certificates if you hold a GMAT.
For the Master programme International Finance only TOEFL, IELTS or GMAT will be accepted.

210 ECTS (applicants with 180 credits must additionally acquire 30 credits through an integrated internship, i.e. the Master's programme is extended by one semester)
Additionally you need to prove the following:
Successfully completed courses in
– Business Administration (10 ECTS)\*, and

– Computer Science and Business Information Systems (10 ECTS)\*.

What to prepare for your application to Business Intelligence and Process Management

A GMAT/ GMAT Focus with a score above 600 points; with a GMAT/GMAT Focus no extra English proof has to be submitted

Application without German university degree
All applicants with a foreign Bachelor's degree must apply via uni-assist.
Uni-assist checks whether qualifications acquired abroad meet the requirements of the Central Office for Foreign Education and are sufficient for admission to a German university. Uni-assist converts foreign grades into the German grading system and also checks whether all certificates are lawful. All applications that meet the admission requirements will be forwarded electronically to HWR Berlin and entered into the respective approval process.
