Relevant first university degree qualifying for a profession, e.g. Bachelor's degree or Diplom, in a computer science degree course or a closely related degree course with a computer science component of at least 65 percent,
Proof of special motivation.
A relevant first university degree (e.g. Bachelor’s or Diplom) in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Your previous degree must include at least 65% computer science content.
A minimum of 150 ECTS credit points is required.
You must submit a letter of motivation explaining your interest and goals.
There’s no fixed GPA threshold, but strong academic performance is expected.
German proficiency at DSH-2 level or equivalent:
i.a. Onset, TestDaF, DSH, DSD I and II, telc, telc Hochschule, Goethe certificates, ÖSD certificates, Unicert, IB- German, certificates from the TU Clausthal, certificates from the TU Braunschweig. Certificates from other test providers will not be accepted.

Your application to study at the Hochschule Hannover must include the following

baccalaureat, gaocao, etc.) - University admission exam from your home country, if applicable - University records, if you have begun or completed studies in Germany or your
home country - Assessment test certificate, if applicable (completion of a Studienkolleg in Germany) - Translations of all the educational certificates listed in the above
(only English documents need not be translated) - Applicants from China, Vietnam and since 01.11.2022 from India must also
upload APS certificate - Proof of language proficiency in German (the B1 certificate is sufficient for your application).
Proof of language proficiency at the higher level (among others, TestDaF 4 x 4 see below
under Language Certificates for direct university admission) must be produced until
15 January for summer semester and 15 July for winter semester. Otherwise, the
application will not be possible to take part at the selection process for the respective
degree program.
