The qualification requirement for admission to the Master's programme is a successful Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics or an equivalent Bachelor's degree with at least 210 ECTS credits or an equivalent German or foreign degree.
However the regulations of the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt provide the possibility of compensating the missing competences through working experience after graduating. The duration of the working experience must be at least 20 weeks full-time (and as already mentioned after graduating from the Bachelor). Please upload proof of your working experience in the upload area of the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. As soon as the status of the document turns to „OK“ we checked on it and your working experience is sufficient.

From the winter semester 2024/25, Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) will charge service fees of 500 euros per semester for students from third countries* in accordance with Art. 13 Para. 3 Sentence 1 No. 2 Bavarian Higher Education Innovation Act (BayHIG). These fees will be used to expand the services for onboarding, integration and career entry for international students. The services will be provided by a newly established International Welcome Centre (IWC). You are still required to pay the student union fee per semester.
