MBA International Business and Resources in Emerging Markets

International Business and Resources in Emerging Markets (IBRE) at TU Bergakademie Freiberg is a four-semester Master of Business Administration (MBA) taught in English, starting in the winter semester, with double-degree options with UPEC in Paris and WUST in Wuhan. It is an economics-oriented programme where modern development and environmental economics meet business administration, especially international management, often with links to resource-related industries. You develop a detailed and critical understanding of these fields, learn to handle new and complex problems in international companies, administrations and international organisations, and build strategic solutions even with incomplete information. Interactive courses build communication and cooperation skills for management. You deepen your studies in international business and management, or in resources and the environment, such as the economics of climate change, resource and environmental management, material flow analysis and life cycle analysis. It suits business graduates aiming for international management, public administration or international organisations.
