GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test): at least 600 points
GRE (Graduate Record Examinations): at least 152 points in Verbal Reasoning and a score of at least 4.0 in Analytical Writing
BEC (Business English Certificate): Higher C1 at least score 175
Chinese nationals: College English Test (CET/TEM) at least CET-6 or TEM-4

The prerequisite for studying in a Master's programme is generally a first professional qualification degree, e.g. a Bachelor's degree. Students should have acquired this first degree in Economics or in a related discipline. This degree must fulfill the following prerequisites: standard period of study of at least 6 semesters (comprising at least 180 credit points) at least 60 credit points in economics (including at least 18 credit points in statistics, econometrics and mathematics).
The program additionally requires proof of good proficiency in English corresponding at least to the B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Non-German applicants must also demonstrate sufficient German language proficiency corresponding to the level DSH 1.
What to prepare for your application to Economic Policy and Quantitative Methods
Required evidence of language proficiency::

(8) If applicable, an application to upgrade your waiting period as well as documentation required to substantiate such an application.
(9) If applicable, an application to upgrade your average grade as well as documentation required to substantiate such an application.
(10) If applicable, documentation regarding ongoing or completed asylum proceedings in Germany.
