3. Certificate of graduation of first studies / bachelor degree, master degree or equivalent (certified by the German embassy in your country, or once you get to Germany at a notary or at the majors office. Certification can be done after admission and arrival in Germany. All foreign language documents have to be translated to either English or German.)
4. The Transcript of Records
5. Letter of motivation including personal thoughts and expectations concerning the programme (max. 1 page)
6. Proof of at least one year of professional experience after graduation in the following fields: construction, real estate or infrastructure business (letter of reference)
7. Curriculum Vitae (with picture!)
8. Photo (35mm X 45mm)
9. Proof of English language qualification (TOEFL/IELTS). Proof of English is not required for native speakers.
