What you will do
- Support the "KAIROS" initiative, which aims to reorganize and renovate the office space of DWS and to renew and further develop the work environment and culture.
- Maintain a general overview of the remaining tasks of the construction project, as well as your team's to-do list, to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
- Support the team by regularly walking through the office spaces, noting any oddities and minor issues, reporting them, and following up on them until these problems are resolved.
- Assist with a variety of diverse tasks (e.g. furnishing the office space, organizing internal events, supporting ad-hoc team projects)
What you need
- Advanced (C1) German and advanced English language skills
- Experience with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured and independent working style
- Empathetic, as dealing with different characters
- Good communication skills
