- Work across the full stack to build AI agents and AI-enabled workflows end-to-end
- Improve search and matching quality for products, suppliers, and documents
- Build evaluations to measure quality and iterate quickly
- Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently
- Support backend improvements to keep systems scalable, stable, and efficient
- Improve reliability of AI workflows through structured outputs, tool calling, and guardrails
What you need
- High agency and a builder mindset, you iterate quickly and get things done
- Experience or strong interest in NLP, LLMs, embeddings, ML, and AI-powered applications
- First experience with full-stack development, ideally TypeScript and Python, plus React or Next.js
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and willingness to learn new technologies fast
- You’re excited to strive for excellence and build software in a fast-paced startup environment
- You want to work in-person in Munich with more intensity than in a traditional 9–5 role
