Business Development Intern (w/m/d)

You analyze performance indicators, feedback, and existing processes, identify development needs and concrete improvement potentials. You derive concrete development plans from the identified needs and examine which initiatives promise the greatest performance impact. You develop your own Learning & Development initiatives, take ownership of them, and drive them forward from problem identification to implementation. You evaluate L&D initiatives and projects based on relevant performance indicators, make their impact visible, and derive concrete improvements. You coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure successful implementation together with relevant teams. You support the building and scaling of processes, tools, and structures for cross-team learning and development initiatives.

You are studying economics, management, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study. You bring initial practical experience in a business or marketing environment – for example through internships, working student activities, own projects, or voluntary work. You are interested in Learning & Development and how companies can specifically improve performance and effectively develop teams. You take responsibility, work independently, bring a hands-on mentality, and set high quality standards for your work. You think analytically and proceed in a structured manner – even when you first have to develop a clear picture from various data and feedback. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicate across teams. You communicate clearly and precisely in German; good English skills are a plus.
