What you'll do
You support the optimization and further development of operational processes and workflows You analyze existing structures, identify improvement potentials, and develop concrete solutions You coordinate operational projects and ensure successful implementation together with relevant teams You support the building and scaling of new processes, tools, and structures You analyze operational KPIs and derive measures to improve performance You take on your own initiatives and drive them from problem identification to implementation
What you need
You are studying business administration, management, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree program You enjoy improving processes, solving problems, and driving operational topics forward You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner You like communicating with different stakeholders and working across teams You take responsibility and bring a hands-on mentality You are interested in how companies scale efficiently and achieve operational excellence You communicate clearly and precisely in German (English is a plus)
