What you will do
- Gain practical insight into human resources at CLAAS Global Sales and the Sales and Service business unit
- Support operational human resources management
- Contribute to strategic and global HR projects
- Provide professional support for HR controlling and reporting
- Learn about various reporting structures and international HR processes and tools
What you need
- Currently studying economics, business psychology, or a comparable degree program with a focus on human resources
- Strong computer skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills in German and English at least at C1 level
- Quick comprehension and a high degree of independence
- Analytical and conscientious working style
