Creator in Residence (Intern)
Lyceum · Berlin
InternshipGerman needed: none
Still open on 1 NovWhat you'll do
- Brand awareness and platform use: help get Lyceum in front of the right people. Look at impressions, visits and signups, then whether those people actually start using the platform
- Content worth keeping: make the kind of work people save, share and secretly screenshot. Find good stories in what our engineers, founders and customers are doing
- Our voice and channels: create for LinkedIn, X and our newsletters. Work with Mahir and the founders to shape how Lyceum sounds, while keeping each founder's own voice
- AI workflows: build agent pipelines that turn one podcast or conversation into a week of content. Try new tools and work out which ones actually help
- Product marketing media: help people understand what we do and how to use it. Make motion graphics, product walkthroughs, feature launches and demos with our engineers
- Video: experiment with formats, from quick edits to interviews and event footage. Work out what's worth making and help make it happen
- The day-to-day: interview engineers, plan content around launches and events, and work with our content agency on topics, briefs and feedback
What you need
- Chronically online: you know what's funny, what's tired and what people are paying attention to. You can explain why something works
- Taste and a bit of nerve: you care about how things look and sound, and you're willing to try an idea we haven't seen before
- A habit of shipping: you take an idea through to something people can see. You experiment, move fast and use the response to make the next thing better
- AI tools: you already use them to write, research, design or make video. You like testing new models and building workflows of your own
- Curiosity: you're curious about AI models, GPUs and what's happening on X. You follow good creators, try things yourself and have opinions of your own
You write with a clear point of view and know how to turn a technical idea into a story people want to follow. Show us work where you've done that, whether it's an article, a post, a video or a project of your own. German isn't required. What you've made matters more than a particular degree.
What you get
This is a 3-month, full-time internship in our Berlin office, paid above market. You'll get direction from Mahir and work directly with our founders. Strong performance could lead to a permanent role. We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
