What you will do

  • Supporting organisational tasks and the branch's day-to-day operations
  • Supporting sales teams with organisational and administrative tasks
  • Contacting customers by phone and scheduling appointments for sales staff
  • Assisting with sales activities and customer outreach
  • Preparing, organising and following up on customer events, training sessions and internal appointments

What you need

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with at least one more year of availability, ideally longer
  • Interest in sales and customer communication
  • Enjoyment of speaking with customers by phone and in person
  • Reliable, structured and independent working style
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Team-oriented, open and communicative personality
