Contact customers by telephone and arrange appointments for the field sales team Process sales activities and obtain the related documents and agreements Support with straightforward customer inquiries and conduct sales conversations presenting products and services Process the electronic inbox and coordinate internal and external communication Support the branch team with organizational and administrative tasks

Degree in business administration, law or a comparable field, ideally with initial experience in sales or customer outreach. Enjoyment of telephone customer contact, a structured and independent working style, good to very good MS Office skills, teamwork, communication skills and reliability, as well as very good spoken and written German.
