Supporting the Kassel branch teams with administrative tasks; assisting with customer outreach for sales; supporting telephone marketing and customer service; handling customer enquiries flexibly and effectively; presenting and marketing DATEV products and services.

Studying economics, business administration or a comparable subject; initial experience in sales and customer service; strong communication and persuasive skills, including when dealing with demanding customers; enjoyment of telephone and face-to-face customer contact; good to very good MS Office skills.
