EY-Parthenon Intern Corporate Construction / Industrial Engineering, Architecture Real Estate (w/m/d)

As part of our Real Estate team in Düsseldorf, Cologne or Stuttgart, you will accompany large corporations, banks and investors in the purchase or sale of land, real estate and infrastructure projects. You will bring your extensive transaction know-how combined with your real estate-specific knowledge into interdisciplinary teams and thus find competent, customer-oriented solutions. Always one step ahead of the market and familiar with the latest methods and technologies, you will take on diverse tasks and early responsibility in projects with a holistic approach: You will participate in demanding national and international real estate projects – from the initial idea through planning, construction and execution to the operation of the properties. You will support the project management and control of building and infrastructure projects with public and private clients. You will support the design of processes for our clients and advise on technical and economic issues. You will take on diverse tasks in the area of PPP projects (Public Private Partnership).

You are studying civil engineering, industrial engineering or architecture and are in at least the 5th semester with relevant specializations. You have initial experience in project management or the planning/execution of real estate; knowledge in the areas of VOB, HOAI or AHO is an advantage. You solve problems in a structured way using tools such as Excel and have very good communication skills in German and ideally in English (at least C2).
