EY-Parthenon Intern Corporate Real Estate, ESG (w/m/d)

As part of our ESG Real Estate team in Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main or Hamburg, you will shape the transformation towards a sustainable real estate industry – strategically, operationally and holistically. Whether project developers, fund managers or asset owners: you advise our clients along the entire investment life cycle on ESG topics that create real pressure for change. You will bring your ESG know-how and real estate knowledge specifically into interdisciplinary teams in order to develop pragmatic, future-proof solutions. In doing so, you will take on early responsibility in projects that drive sustainability forward in a measurable way. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: Support in the organization and implementation of ESG consulting projects. Data management and validation in the ESG environment. Participation in high-profile studies, preparation of offers and client presentations as well as technical support for project managers.

Degree in real estate economics, business administration or industrial engineering. Initial experience in the real estate sector or very good academic performance as well as confident use of MS Office. Very good communication skills in German and English (min. C2).
