EY-Parthenon Intern Deal Management & Deal Technology (w/m/d)

Participation in the development of integration or carve-out strategies as well as the definition and execution of detailed plans and implementation concepts in all corporate and group functions. Support in the analysis of cost structures and development of programs for cost reduction and performance improvement. Participation in cross-transaction interfaces to the separation and integration lifecycle: goal definition, value creation, due diligence, conceptual preparation, implementation, and completion. Assistance in the preparation of offers for potential clients, e.g., through secondary research. Support of our national and international clients in your role as a member of functional, industry-specific, and regional teams.

Current Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, or industrial engineering with a focus/specialization in strategy and transaction consulting. First relevant practical experience and confident handling of MS Office. Very good communication skills in German and English (min. C2).
