EY-Parthenon Intern Deal Management - Healthcare (w/m/d)

As a member of our Healthcare team at the locations Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, or Düsseldorf, you shape the future of the healthcare system – strategically, operationally, and digitally. Whether transformation, digitalization, process optimization, or restructuring: you accompany projects with real impact and develop tailored solutions together with our clients for a more efficient, innovative healthcare system. In our team, you will take on diverse tasks, including:

• Support in advising hospitals and health insurance companies on optimizing and restructuring their processes and structures, digital solutions, and transformation processes
• Participation in challenging digitalization and restructuring projects and initiatives in the healthcare sector
• Accompanying topics such as Digital Health, networking, and transformation projects in healthcare, organizational optimization, and strategy optimization including MedTech and Pharma
• Independent handling of work packages in the areas of analysis, research, and conception
• Collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines in the global EY network

Your Skillset

• Current university studies with above-average performance (preferably Master or PhD), ideally in Medicine, Health Economics, Health Care Management, Business or Medical Informatics, or Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare
• First relevant practical experience and confident handling of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (min. C1)
