EY-Parthenon Intern Financial Diligence (Financial Services) (w/m/d)

Participation in international transactions, including market analyses, due diligence, and post-merger integration Analysis of financial services companies and start-ups to support strategy and transaction projects Conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including analysis of business models and value drivers Organization of virtual data rooms, accompaniment of expert discussions, and support in the preparation of offers and pitch documents Development of action options and decision-making bases for the management of our clients as well as preparation of corresponding reports

At least in the 4th semester of economics or a comparable course of study with focuses such as Finance, M&A, Accounting, Controlling, Insurance Business, or Banking Business Administration Initial experience in the Financial Services environment and in the area of Strategy and Transactions/Corporate Finance; knowledge of accounting according to HGB and international standards (e.g., IFRS) and insurance-specific regulations Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C2) Agile: You believe that a flexible mindset is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
