EY-Parthenon Intern Real Estate, Transaction Advisory (f/m/d)

As part of our Real Estate team in Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg or Frankfurt/Main you accompany large corporations, banks and investors in the purchase and sale of land, real estate and infrastructure projects. You contribute your extensive transaction know-how and real estate expertise to interdisciplinary teams – client-oriented and always one step ahead of the market. With modern technologies and innovative approaches you take responsibility along the entire deal cycle and actively shape the real estate world of tomorrow. In our team you will take on diverse tasks, including:

• Sell-side real estate transactions from creation of sales documents to data room support and Q&A process
• Support of the entire acquisition process for large real estate and portfolios
• Conducting real estate valuations
• Assistance in creating market, location and competitive analyses
• Conducting studies and offers as well as creating client presentations

Your Skillset

• Studies in real estate economics, business administration or industrial engineering (min. 3 semesters)
• First experience in real estate and confident use of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (min. C2)
