Support in advising our clients on strategic issues in the design of complex transactions Participation in the development of new digital ecosystems involving start-ups that establish technology-driven business models with existing industry participants Assistance in the strategic and operational analysis of business models Conducting market analyses, strategic reviews, due diligences (IT/Operations), synergy assessments, carve-outs and integrations as well as restructurings Participation in acquisition and business development activities

Studies in business administration or business informatics, at least in the fourth semester First experience in the transaction environment and/or with start-ups and the transformation of the value chain through digital transformation in the banking and/or insurance environment, as well as confident handling of MS Office Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum C2) Agile: You believe that a flexible mindset is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
