EY-Parthenon Intern Strategy (Financial Services) (f/m/d)

Your Tasks As part of our Financial Services Strategy team, you support the development of strategies that not only advance companies today but create sustainable value. You analyze markets and understand competition and clients down to the last detail. Whether classic consulting projects, large M&A deals, or strategic private equity ventures – you help where companies make far-reaching decisions. In our team, you will take on diverse tasks, including:

• You immerse yourself in the world of strategy consulting for 10-12 weeks and learn from our experts for Insurance, Payments, and Banking.
• You are a full-fledged member of one of our project teams with the clients as a "consultant for a time".
• You take on independent tasks and bear responsibility for them.

The internship is available from April 2027.

Your Skillset

• You can demonstrate consistent top performance in your business-related field of study and have completed at least the 4th semester. Ideally, you are in a gap year or already in a master's program.
• You have gained initial experience in management consulting in the areas of strategy development and the financial services environment through previous internships and have international experience.
• You have strong communication skills and very good German and English language skills.
