EY-Parthenon Intern Transactions & Corporate Finance Valuation (w/m/d)

• Participation in the cross-sector implementation of multinational projects/transactions in interdisciplinary teams for our clients from the middle market, industry, leading financial investors, and the public sector
• Processing of work packages within the scope of conducting company valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment tests, or valuation of intangible assets
• Support in developing options for action in strategic and operational decision-making processes, e.g., in the context of corporate transactions, restructurings, or economic evaluations
• Insights into advising our clients on structuring, analyzing, and implementing complex financial matters, concepts, and models as a basis for economic decisions

• Degree in business administration or industrial engineering, at least in the 4th semester with suitable specializations
• First relevant practical experience and confident handling of Office 365, ideally complemented by e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, and AI tools
• Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1)
