EY-Parthenon Working Student Transformation & Project Management, Infrastructure - Real Estate (f/m/d)

As part of our Real Estate team in Düsseldorf, Cologne, or Stuttgart, you accompany large corporations, banks, and investors in the purchase or sale of land, real estate, and infrastructure projects. You combine your transaction know-how with your real estate expertise and bring both into interdisciplinary teams to develop smart, tailored solutions for our clients. With a feel for markets, modern tools, and a holistic approach, you take on responsibility early. In our team, you will take on diverse tasks, including:

• Participation in demanding national and international real estate projects - from the initial idea through planning, construction, and execution to the operation of the properties
• Support in project management and control of building and infrastructure projects with public and private clients
• Support in designing processes for our clients and consulting on technical-economic issues
• Diverse tasks in the area of PPP projects (Public Private Partnership)

Your Skillset

• Studies in architecture, real estate management, civil engineering, or business administration, at least in the 5th semester and with suitable specializations
• Initial experience in project control of construction projects and confident handling of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (min. C2)
