What you will do

Accounts payable: Manage the incoming invoice workflow from start to finish, including the shared inbox, invoice chasing, approval processes, and payments.
Booking quality: Record invoices with the correct accounts, cost centers, and tax rates, and support accounting-related questions.
Subsidiaries: Regularly review the subsidiaries’ BWAs, identify discrepancies, and ensure processes are followed.
Liquidity management and system implementation: Work with Agicap and support its rollout across subsidiaries, including team training and ensuring data quality.
Ad hoc and operations support: Help with finance-related special projects and occasional operations support.

You take ownership and solve problems independently.
You understand why accurate account selection matters for reporting and taxes.
You quickly learn new tools; knowledge of Agicap, Moss, Lucanet, or Datev is helpful.
You remain effective in uncertain situations and actively help build processes.
You combine high quality standards with pragmatism.
You speak fluent German and English.
You want to work from the office in Prenzlauer Berg; this is not a remote role.
