Founder's Associate Intern - New Venture (w/m/d)

You quantify the market potential of our currently most strategically important new venture and conduct well-founded feasibility analyses in close cooperation with the Enpal expert network. You take full end-to-end ownership for initial project pilots in "Founder Mode": from customer acquisition through project planning to operational construction site support. You prepare strategic documents for C-level check-ins and support management directly in decision-making. You design and implement scalable sales and operations processes to successfully roll out our products nationwide. You moderate internal workshops to identify additional growth potential and improve collaboration within the organization.

You have a very successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier business school You have work experience or internships in a fast-growing company such as startups or in management consulting/consulting You are characterized by a proactive and strongly solution-oriented way of working Strong analytical way of working with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and convey messages in a structured (top-down) manner Excellent practical judgment and the ability to consistently prioritize according to the 80/20 principle You have a purposeful way of working, a high degree of proactivity and sense of responsibility You have experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as implementing a 100% approach when working on important tasks You set high quality standards for yourself and others and display a can-do mentality that motivates others You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
