Founder's Associate Internship – AI-Native

What you'll do
Direct collaboration with founders on strategic initiatives and operational tasks; Analysis of revenue and financial data: understand numbers, recognize patterns, identify roadblocks and bottlenecks and derive concrete recommendations for action; AI-first work: You use tools like Claude, n8n and Make to automate analyses, processes and workflows and make the founding team measurably faster; Preparation of pitches, reports, presentations and data-driven analyses; Conducting market and competitive analyses; Collaboration on projects in the areas of Business Development, Sales, Fundraising or Operations – depending on current focus; Independent ownership of own projects from A to Z: prioritize, implement, complete; Organization and support of internal processes and meetings.
What you need
You are AI-native: Tools like Claude, n8n and Make are part of your daily routine – you don't just use them, you build with them; You are analytically strong: You can read revenue and financial data, quickly grasp numbers and identify bottlenecks independently; You are currently studying (Bachelor or Master) in a business or technical degree program or are about to graduate – with an outstanding academic track record; You have already completed strong internships or gained first professional experience in a tech or SaaS company, start-up, VC or consulting; You are a doer: You work independently, prioritize autonomously, deliver projects without close supervision and pitch in everywhere; You have real hunger: High throughput, high pace and full ownership motivate you – you want more than a standard internship; You speak fluent German and English.
