Working Student Social Media Management (m/f/d)

Plan, implement and manage social media content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Maintain editorial and content plans and create short-form videos, carousel posts and text posts. Manage the community and respond to comments and messages. Monitor trends and competitors in social media and digital content. Analyze social media metrics, derive optimization measures and prepare reports.

Enrolled in a degree program such as digital media, communications, marketing or social media management. Practical experience in social media or content through internships, personal or university projects, or similar activities. Confident using social media platforms, current trends, Notion or Monday, and Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or comparable tools. Strong German and English writing skills, a structured and independent approach, reliability, teamwork and a proactive hands-on mentality.
