## Your Tasks

• As a Growth Intern at Enpal, you play a crucial role in the development and implementation of new business areas.
• You work closely with relevant stakeholders and are responsible for identifying and validating market opportunities, designing business models, and scaling new Enpal Business Units as well as Enpal spin-offs.
• You take on a wide range of tasks, including market analyses, business planning, product development, partnership management, strategy development, and their end-to-end implementation – as well as the operational tasks behind them.
• As part of the Venture Development Team, you not only learn a lot about Enpal and the energy sector, but also get the opportunity to join a first-class team consisting of experienced founders, management consultants, and venture builders.

## Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor's degree in a business or science discipline at a top university or are in the transition phase between Bachelor and Master and want to complete a 6-month internship.
• You bring initial practical experience, for example through internships or voluntary work.
• You have a natural feel for complex interrelationships and have good communication skills.
• You set the highest quality standards for yourself and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
