What you will do

Together with our GTM Engineers, you build lead lists and outbound campaigns for our customers in Clay and other modern GTM tools.
You enrich data and use AI to research relevant signals such as funding, job changes or software in use.
You write personalised outreach sequences for email and LinkedIn and evaluate what works.
You automate recurring processes with Claude Code, n8n or similar tools.
You contribute your own ideas to the internal GTM playbook and see how they are implemented in daily work.

German at C2 level: You speak and write German confidently and convincingly because our customers are based in DACH.
Studies: You are enrolled at a university and can join us full-time for 3 to 6 months.
Technical mindset: You are not afraid of new tools and can quickly learn Clay, n8n or Claude Code. Initial experience is a plus, but not required.
Working style: You think analytically, work in a structured way and tackle problems yourself.
Motivation: You want to learn GTM Engineering from the ground up and gain as much experience as possible in a short time.
