What you will do

60–80% of your time will be outbound work, mainly calling owners and decision-makers at property management companies across Germany.
You will research, enrich, and structure data about companies, decision-makers, and contact details.
You will run structured outbound campaigns: phone first, followed by email and LinkedIn.
You will identify decision-makers and open the door to conversations that may ultimately become deals.

You can start from 01.11.
You are currently enrolled at a German university or available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months.
You live in Berlin or would like to live there and work from our office.
You have fluent German skills at C2 level, both written and spoken.
You can spend most of the day on the phone without it bothering you.
You are comfortable with technology, learn quickly, and need little guidance with CRMs, tools, and data handling.
