What you'll do
- You run customer success meetings with our customers and help them get the most out of Superchat's AI features.
- You take responsibility for the operational processes around our AI features and work closely with the Product Team.
- You support our Product Marketing through social media, email campaigns, Intercom and HubSpot.
What you need
- You enjoy direct contact with customers, by phone or in meetings.
- You can explain technical topics so simply that people outside the tech industry understand them.
- You prefer trying out a tool to just reading about it.
- You take on tasks, drive them forward yourself and ask questions when you need to.
- You speak fluent German, because most of your customer conversations are in German.
