What you will do
Gain insights into industrial research, development and production of pharmaceuticals Contribute to ongoing process development (sub-)projects by designing, executing and analyzing reactions and processes in close collaboration with experienced laboratory teams Explore various areas of chemistry, including route scouting, scale-up, process development and digital chemistry Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of experimental procedures, results and protocols Present findings and progress updates to internal stakeholders
What you need
You hold a Bachelor of Science in organic chemistry, digital chemistry or a related discipline You are currently enrolled in a master's program or have completed a master's degree and are about to start your doctoral studies in chemistry or a comparable field You have a passion for combining excellence in organic chemistry with data science and shaping new ways of working You have laboratory experience in organic synthesis and expertise in digital chemistry You are a team-oriented individual with a goal-oriented work spirit You possess a high degree of reliability and integrity You have a strong willingness to learn and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team You have good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
