What you'll do

Lead strategic projects in the buildability area from initial analysis through implementation.
Analyse our sales and operations funnel and identify where and why we cannot build for customers.
Assess the impact of different initiatives, create business cases and derive priorities from them.
Identify innovative construction technologies and processes in renewable energy and implement them with the team.
Manage implementation with Operations, Technology, Software and external partners until the solution works in day-to-day operations.
Work at the intersection of processes, technical questions and software topics and bring the right stakeholders together.
Be part of a small, agile team, take early responsibility for your own topics and see the direct impact of your work.

You are studying, taking a gap year or have recently completed your studies; your field of study is secondary.
You have already gained practical experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up, consultancy or banking.
You are execution-oriented, tackle topics and bring them to completion.
You work in a structured way, think in processes and keep track of several projects in parallel.
You learn about new topics quickly, even when they become technical.
You speak fluent German and English and communicate clearly and convincingly with stakeholders from a wide range of areas.
You want to be close to the action, make a real impact and are interested in working with the team on site in Berlin for 3 to 6 months.
