Internship - Deployment Strategist

Customer Ownership & Operations Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues Help track agent performance and customer health metrics Support customer workshops and training sessions Agent Development Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal efficiency Document best practices and playbooks Cross-Functional Collaboration Help translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams Support operational tasks that help telli scale Prepare materials for customer and team meetings Jump in wherever needed to move projects forward

You really enjoy working with customers and help them succeed You're tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background) You're an excellent communicator in both English and German - especially writing You've experimented with AI agents or workflows and understand topics like prompt engineering You're organized, hands-on, and not afraid of unglamorous work You're early in your career and hungry to learn fast
