Internship – Manufacturing Technologies

• Harmonize worldwide sample build coordination • Support sample build coordination in Regensburg and Sibiu • Optimization of Sample Build Documentation and KPI Tracking (e.g., material and BOM check, documentation and quality reports) • Perform process studies (e.g., underfill, dispensing, SMT performance) • Support plastic welding equipment industrialization • Support roll-out of new sample build online tool including KPI definition • Assessment of Sample Build Insourcing Opportunities across Global Technology Centers • Support global operations footprint activities • Support global industrial engineering activities

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Initial experience with laboratory work, technical testing, data analysis, or engineering projects is considered an advantage • Very good communication skills in English and German are a must • High level of initiative and willingness to learn • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset • Ability to work effectively in an international and multidisciplinary environment • Enthusiasm for developing innovative technical solutions and supporting technology development activities • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
