What you'll do

Developing and improving a future-proof IT environment.
Managing and maintaining our platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Microsoft AD DS and other tools).
Supporting and resolving hardware and software problems in the company on Windows, macOS and Linux.
Maintaining and updating system configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
Coordinating escalated problems with external partners.
Supporting IT onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g. setting up new users and managing permissions).
Internal documentation of IT infrastructure, processes and problem solutions.

Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS, with initial experience with Linux
Interest in Microsoft 365, cloud and on-premises IT administration
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Customer-oriented approach to IT problems
Very good English and German skills
Experience automating recurring tasks
Experience with Docker or self-hosting web applications
Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python
Structured and comprehensible documentation of system configurations and processes
Fast, effective response to IT-related problems in the company
Clear communication of technical content to non-technical team members
Discretion and confidentiality when accessing sensitive systems and accounts
