InternshipGerman needed: not said
Still open on 1 Nov

What you will do

Learning about the mechatronic concept of the single-wheel running gear and the functionality of the existing test bench Reviewing and understanding the existing hardware, electrical components, wiring diagrams, and existing MATLAB/Simulink model Learning about the dSPACE hardware and software environment and its use for real-time applications Supporting the hardware integration and wiring of the test bench, as well as commissioning the individual system components Migrating, adapting, and implementing existing software and control functions in the new dSPACE environment Analyzing, commissioning, and debugging signal transmission and communication between the system components, from the bit/byte level through to complete system functionality Extensive validation and systematic troubleshooting for the step-by-step commissioning of the complete test bench

What you need

Current university studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical cybernetics, or similar natural science and engineering disciplines Interest in electric drive systems, control engineering, and the modeling of mechatronic systems Basic knowledge of system dynamic modeling, control engineering, and simulation in Matlab/Simulink Basic knowledge of dSPACE or experience with comparable real-time and test bench systems Initial experience in model-based development or working with real-time systems Analytical and structured working style, as well as the ability to independently understand complex technical relationships Initiative, willingness to learn, and a solution-oriented approach, especially in systematic troubleshooting and iterative development processes
