M&A Intern

• M&A processes: Supporting the strategy and execution of practice acquisitions, including due diligence and financial modeling.
• Market and financial data analysis: Preparing and analyzing financial and market data relevant to investment decisions.
• Sparring with the leadership team: Working directly with our executives on important M&A topics and strategic decisions.
• Creating decision matrices and background analyses: Developing decision-making materials to support the acquisition strategy.
• Research and negotiation preparation: Supporting the planning and execution of purchase-price negotiations.
• Accounting and controlling: Assisting with operational tasks in the financial management of our practices.

• Excellent academic performance and strong analytical skills.
• A strong affinity for numbers and MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is an advantage.
• Ambition and motivation to help us sustainably transform the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C2).
• Ideally, some initial relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar field.
• Discretion and the ability to remain focused in a challenging environment.
