Operations Intern - Renewable Supply

Ownership for operational processes: You carry out crucial operational tasks independently and help ensure that our organization runs smoothly in all core areas. Process automation: You develop approaches to increase efficiency and automate process steps. Onboarding support: You assist in introducing our new customers to the trawa universe and ensure an excellent customer experience. Contribution to organizational development: You actively shape processes and help us grow as a company. Keeping an eye on data: You take care of data maintenance in our systems (e.g. CRM) and ensure high data quality through careful work.

You are a student in a Bachelor's program, gap year, Master's program or a graduate with good academic performance. First practical experience in startups, other fast-paced environments or the energy industry is a strong plus. You think analytically, feel comfortable analyzing numbers and communicating data-driven insights confidently. Organizational talent characterizes you – you work in a structured way, keep an overview and can prioritize tasks efficiently. You have a general affinity for digital tools such as CRM systems, Notion, Google Workspace or n8n.
