Mandatory Internship - IT Service, Hardware Lifecycle & IT Projects

Support first-level IT support and process IT service tickets; install, configure and provide IT hardware; support the entire IT hardware lifecycle; carry out hardware replacements, error analyses and simple repair and maintenance measures; maintain and document IT devices and services; support users with IT questions; contribute to local IT infrastructure projects; support AI and digitalization projects.

Currently studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable IT or technical field; confident use of MS Office; basic knowledge of IT hardware and IT systems; good German and English skills; independent and reliable working style; teamwork and strong communication skills; technical understanding; interest in new IT technologies, AI and digitalization; strong willingness to learn and motivation. A current certificate of enrollment, current transcript of grades and, if applicable, confirmation from the university of a mandatory internship are also required.
