Mandatory Internship - Strategy Service Line Support

You support the team in day-to-day operations and independently take on organizational and administrative tasks, gaining insights into strategic, operational and start-up-oriented topics within Customer Services You create, revise and structure professional documentation and working materials in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, predominantly in English You prepare international meetings, document results and decisions in meaningful meeting minutes and follow up on agreed work packages You support strategic programs and start-up-oriented activities, for example through research, structuring information, preparing decision-making documents and coordinating contributions You work closely with colleagues from various functions and countries, gaining broad insights into strategy work, service development and international collaboration

You are enrolled at a university in a bachelor's degree program and are completing a mandatory internship required by your study regulations You are ideally studying business administration, international business, marketing, process management, industrial engineering or a comparable business-related degree program You are confident using Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and enjoy presenting content clearly, structurally and attractively Initial practical experience from previous employment, an internship or working student position is an advantage You work independently, reliably and carefully and remain organized even when handling several tasks in parallel You proactively approach new topics, contribute your own ideas and ask targeted questions when information is missing You are interested in strategic programs, business processes, marketing topics and entrepreneurial thinking You communicate clearly and appreciatively and enjoy working in an international and cross-functional environment You have very good written and spoken English skills; German skills are helpful but not mandatory You are open to new topics, learn quickly and can summarize information appropriately for the target audience You are available for a full-time internship of 35 hours per week
