What you will do

Supporting customer projects through data preparation and integration, plausibility checks, and quality assurance of analysis results in the field of sustainability
Preparing and creating internal and external materials such as knowledge documents, blog articles, presentations and reports
Managing and developing Service Levels 1 and 2, including the knowledge base and chatbot support, to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Contributing to the further development of our software, particularly in AI-supported data analysis and result validation
Supporting the optimization of internal processes and actively contributing to strategic initiatives to achieve company goals

You are studying business administration, economics, environmental or sustainability management, or a comparable subject, and your degree program requires a mandatory internship
Independent, structured and proactive way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong teamwork skills combined with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset
Technical affinity and interest in digital tools, ideally with initial experience in customer support, customer success or a comparable service-oriented role
Enthusiasm for sustainability topics and a basic understanding of sustainability standards and reporting frameworks is desirable
Very good German skills and fluent written and spoken English
