What you will do

  • Responsibility from day 1 for the further development of existing bank partnerships and the acquisition of new cooperations in the Bancassurance team
  • Insights into various functions such as Business Development, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Marketing & Sales Support, Operational Excellence and Product Owner at the interface to IT
  • Taking on work packages, for example, supporting new product launches, developing advertising materials and analyzing cancellation trends
  • Preparation and participation in management and board meetings, including strategy workshops and steering committees
  • Rotating role as Feel-Good Manager in the team for organizing team events

What you need

  • Studies in economics or industrial engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields
  • Very good analytical and communication skills as well as a high degree of solution orientation and commitment
  • Strong teamwork skills and initiative for successful collaboration
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of common Office applications
  • Interest in gaining initial practical experience in a dynamic environment
