What you will do

  • Support in the further development of the sales strategy through research, analyses, and the elaboration of concepts
  • Collaboration in market and competitor analyses on business models and new sales technologies, as well as support in the development and optimization of processes and IT landscapes in sales
  • Taking over work packages for the preparation of management presentations as well as committee and board meetings
  • Contributing own ideas for the further development of sales strategies and service models, as well as gaining insights into various business areas from sales to marketing and product development to IT
  • Gaining insights and co-designing various functions of Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Cooperation Partner Management

What you need

  • Above-average academic performance, for example in economics, business psychology, or industrial engineering, or in a MINT degree program
  • High commitment, initiative and teamwork skills, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented and communicative working style
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in gaining initial practical experience in a dynamic environment
  • Ideally, initial relevant experience, for example in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Business Development or Consulting
