Intern (m/f/d) HR Recruiting and Talent Acquisition

Supporting recruiting activities, including hiring days, interviews, onboarding processes, and events. Reviewing application documents, assisting with preselection, and communicating with applicants. Supporting the implementation of the group strategy in talent acquisition. Monitoring applicant-market trends and contributing creative ideas. Supporting day-to-day operations. Gaining insight into various projects and contributing to employer-branding initiatives.

Currently enrolled in business or social sciences, psychology, marketing, communications, or a comparable degree related to human resources, alternatively in a gap year between a bachelor’s and master’s degree. Availability for at least six months and 38 hours per week. Initial experience in HR, ideally in recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong communication skills, initiative, enjoyment of independent work, a hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
