What you will do

Process optimization: You support the further development of our inspection and dispatching processes and help make them more efficient and scalable.
Data-based analysis: You support the analysis of existing processes, such as route efficiency, appointment utilization, and quality rates, and help derive improvement measures.
AI and automation: You learn about our AI tools and help build automations and agents that solve real operational problems.
Reporting: You help create presentations and reports that communicate performance metrics and strategic initiatives to management.
Teamwork: You work closely with team leads, dispatchers, and operations management and support ongoing projects.

Degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, logistics, data science, or a related field, or already graduated
Analytical and structured thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
Confident handling of numbers and data; Excel and PowerPoint are a given
AI-oriented way of working, actively using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in everyday work
German C1 and English C1; both languages are part of everyday work
Initial experience in consulting, business development, operations, or a data-driven environment
SQL or initial experience with BI tools
Interest in or experience with the automotive industry
